Upcoming Infrastructure Developments Near Attibele

Proposed Hosur International Airport

The Tamil Nadu government has taken significant steps toward setting up a new international airport near Hosur.

Locations in and near Krishnagiri district have been identified and shortlisting is underway.

Once realized, this airport will not only decongest Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport but also create a direct gateway for industries and residents in Hosur and Attibele.

For real estate investors, this project alone is a potential game changer.

Bommasandra Hosur Interstate Metro

Connectivity is the foundation of growth, and the proposed metro extension from Bommasandra to Hosur promises just that.

The existing Yellow Line of Namma Metro now reaches Bommasandra, and discussions are ongoing to push it further towards Attibele and eventually Hosur.

A 23-km line with 12 stations has been proposed.

Along with another proposed 1,050-acre IT hub in the vicinity, this will bring in large-scale industrial and commercial investments. While Sarjapur gets the direct spotlight, Attibele is bound to benefit from the spillover of jobs, logistics, and residential demand.

SWIFT City

Sarjapur is also set to host the ambitious 1,000-acre Swift City project, planned as a futuristic urban hub with industries, residences, and modern infrastructure.
